Menu:

1.) Beef Wagyu

Pan seared American wagyu beef filet with a pomegranate demi sauce with brandy caramelized pearl onions. Served with potato au gratin and roasted asparagus.

2.) Chicken En Croute

Chicken breast stuffed with cheese, baby spinach, roasted tomatoes, and wrapped in prosciutto ham. Stuffed in a puff pastry, baked, and finished with a fondue cheese sauce. Served with honey roasted baby carrots and herb risotto.

3.) Honey Glazed Halibut

Fresh Alaskan halibut baked with a honey glaze and served over red Himalayan rice and Asian style vegetables with an orange miso broth. Topped with citrus supreme salad.
